Stephen Ellis

With over 40 years of experience in education, Stephen has held several senior management positions in both primary and secondary schools across the UK. His career includes serving as a Headteacher at an outdoor center in Kent, as well as a Schools Adviser in London, specializing in curriculum development.

Stephen’s expertise extends to training leaders across the primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors, with a particular focus on equipping leaders in education to thrive in diverse environments. His work has taken him across Europe and the Middle East, where he has collaborated with educators and institutions to enhance educational leadership and foster growth in schools and universities.

In retirement, Stephen has shifted his focus to his deep passion for leading small groups and coaching. He is an active member of Sutton Vineyard Church in the UK, where he leads and mentors others in spiritual growth and development. As a certified VCUKI leadership coach, Stephen is dedicated to empowering individuals and leaders to reach their potential through focused coaching and mentorship.

When not coaching or leading, Stephen enjoys spending time outdoors, swimming, cycling, and playing the guitar and banjo to unwind. He is married to Tana and is proud father to four children and grandfather to seven grandchildren.
